    Led by Shanika Reid MSc Assoc CIPD, a seasoned manager with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, our consultancy brings a unique blend of real-world operational insight and academic expertise. Shanika has successfully led large service teams in high-pressure environments and understands the challenges of balancing commercial targets with team wellbeing.

    Fuelled by a passion for supporting people and businesses to thrive, Shanika completed a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. This academic achievement, paired with her practical experience, enables her to offer grounded, strategic HR support that actually works — from independent garages and trade businesses to growing SMEs across sectors.
